As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will assist management with the operations of the restaurant according to the Company’s strategy and achieve the departmental objectives and budgeted revenue by supervising the restaurant to its maximum efficiency.
Being renowned for its quality of food and service, value for money and an excellent environment to enjoy oneself. All of the above being achieved through a one team approach managing a large diverse group of restaurant staff. Management of company training initiatives within the operation is a critical component of the role
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years working in a supervisory or management position
- 5 – 7 years hospitality experience (Ideally within Food & Beverage)
- Strong communication skills and excellent leadership qualities
- Demonstrated competency of food & beverage product and business knowledge
- Exceptional planning, communication and conflict negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence all levels of management and employees.
Preferred Criteria:
- Previously worked within a 5 star organisation
